Auto Cut Of Voice Guide Call And Not Play Sound

My incoming call is autocut and the default sound file cannot be play.

We see in trace file:

 

waveOutOpen failed MMSYSERR_BADDEVICEID

 

This is a common problem with some voice modems and with Dialogic's TAPI/Wave drivers.

 

Are you using a Dialogic card? If yes then you should be using "VoiceGuide for Dialogic".

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.
