Transfer Problem ... Please Help!

Recommended Posts

Ok , here is the problem. When I transfer a call to a representative queue, It will connect and work for about 45 seconds. Voice Guide never hangs up or disconnects from that session. Please help with any input.

Looks like its an issue with the dialout transfer. I am trying to connect the caller to a representitave. When using this i use a 4 digit extension number. It will use another line to dial out of and connect. Then suddenly the script will play on the line it dialed out of.

Is there any way to dial the 4 digit ext and and immediately hang up?

Is that what the hookflash is for?

These are digital T1 lines.

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

What is the protocol used on these T1 lines?

If you're using an older version then please download the latest VoiceGuide for Dialogic from our WWW and use that version.

Thank!!! It worked. Except for the fact that I have to re-register. I sent an email to support@voiceguide.com and sales@voiceguide with the new unique id. Thanks again.
