D4pci On Win2k

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I put one analog dialogic card D4PCI-EURO in a computer with WINDOWS 2000 as OS.

I setup the drivers of the analog dialogic card with SR6.0 release. The card is correctly detected but when i try to run evaluation version of voiceguide during "wizard setup" process, i have no analog line option.

Please, how can i solve a problem???????????

my email is pgnimadi@yahoo.fr

Sr6.0 Drivers only work with the Dialogic Patch version of VoiceGuie (v6.x.xxx) as there is no TAPI driver with Intels v6.0 drivers. To run the standard TAPI version of VoiceGuide, (v5.x.xxxx), you need Sr5.1.1 as a minimum (plus maybe sp1 + latest SU updates). The standard evaluation version of VoiceGuide is the v5.x.xxxx TAPI version (with setup wizard interface). Either reinstall the SR5.1.1 or install the dialogic-patch VoiceGuide system.

install the dialogic-patch VoiceGuide system.

Highly recommend you just install the "VoiceGuide for Dialogic" patch. See our Downloads page.
