How Do I Use Microsoft's Tts

Hello all,

 

 

 

I have already made arrangements to purchase the Voice Guide software. But I need to know how to make it work with microsoft's TTS engine. Very little information was given about it in the help files. Though the help files indicate that the trial version which I am currently running should work with TTS.

After installing TTS it just works... the only thing that needs to be selected is the preferred voice to be used (see attached screenshot).

you can set the preferred speech via xml tags in tts field.

 

we use at&t's natural voices in german and english.

 

with xml tags we can change language within one module

for more details have a look in ms sapi help (quite good for developpers)
