D300/pci E1

Recommended Posts

hi guys,

We are currently implementing a set up between an Avaya Definity PABX

and Pronexus. The PABX is configured for line Side E1 with a TN 2464 DS1

board and the server on which Pronexus is running has a D/300 PCI E1

voice card.

We've already configured the PABX correctly and the green led on the

Dialogic card is on and all the 30 channels are up which means that

synchronization is ok.

However, all the extensions assigned to the

channels remain OFF-HOOK and we get a busy tone while dialing them. Also

using the Dialogic utility, Multi-Threaded Voice, for an incoming call

on a specific channel, no events are displayed but we are able to accept

(by clicking on Function\Offhook) the call.

We are using the Intel Dialogic system software: Release SR 5.1.1,

version DNA5, Build 30, Service Pack 3.

OS : Windows 2000 server

Protocol : We are using CAS as signaling mode with hdb3 line coding.

Kindly advise us or do you have any sample configuration for both the

Avaya Definity PABX and the D300/PCI E1 Dialogic board?

Is there any utility like PBX Expert to train the D300/PCI E1 board?

Rgds,

Djamil

This forum is for support of VoiceGuide software only...

Please see our WWW from where you can download the fully working evaluation version of the software.

The demonstrations supplied will get you running in a matter of minutes.

I think you'll find VoiceGuide a lot easier to setup and use then Pronexus, and you will need to do little or no programming to get it going. You will still have ability to interface with outside programs and run your own specialised functions though the use of "Run Program" modules, "Run VBScript" modules and the COM interface.

Oh, and it's also cheaper...
