Say Number Does Not Say It Correctly

Using D4PCIUF card, install VG for Dialogic. Run demo script for credit card payment, what annoys me is that it does not say the number correctly.

It often skips one digit or more than one digits, and sometimes it skips 1st, and it also skip one in the middle.

 

I am just evaluating the product at this moment; and I am new to Voice Guide; is this a known issue or do I need to install something else in order to fix the problem.

Have you tried calling from different handsets and/or using different lines?

 

Do certain numbers don't get detected or is it all numbers that sometimes don't get detected?

 

In such situations it's usually either the handset used or poor quality lines. Rarely it is the Dialogic card, and we've never had any problems with the software missing DTMF tone reports in VG for Dialogic.

Thank you, you were correct, I had some bad vox files created. I deleted them now it works perfectly.
