Configuring Dialogic T1

Recommended Posts

I am here in the US and am using a Dialogic D/240JCT-T1 card connected to a T1 line. The Dialogic card is configured to use ISDN-5ESS and is connected to an NACT switch. The NACT switch has all status normal and channels are IDLE but on VoiceGuide I get a status " err gc gc_openEx[:N_dtiB1T1:P_pdk_na_an_io] error(opening digital line) failed, gc(0x1a...". The Dialogic card has no alarm and only the Voiceguide application is reporting an error. I would like to know more about this error and how to fix this so that I can continue with installation of the IVRS platform. Do you have a customer service number that I can call to for support. I have very little time deploying the platform in a remote data center.

Thanks,

Jason

Set "ISDN" for protocol instead of "pdk_na_an_io".

Have a look at some sample Config.xml files for example.

The ISDN protocol type should be set in Dialogic Config Manager itself.

You should also really use ISDIAG to get test the system first, and get in touch with your local Dialogic dealer if you have problems receiving calls when using ISDIAG.
