Uninstalling Vg For Dialogic

Because we are having problems in getting VG for Dialogic to work - hook transfer does not operate - we would like to revert back to standard VoiceGuide, which we used before.

 

What is the best way of doing this?

Quickest way is to just select Uninstall from the Start->Programs->VoiceGuide menu and then install VoiceGuide v5.x again.

 

It's a bit strange that hookflash would not work in VG for Dialogic if it works OK in v5.x...
