Winxp Freezing

Just purshased VoiceGuide 5.2.4000. Today I started testing it with a Supra External Modem. Everytime voiceguide answers a call windows xp freezes and I have to reboot. Please help.

Some voice modem's drivers have this problem.

 

See if there is a later set of drivers available from the modem manufacturer. If different drivers don't resolve your problems then the only option is to try another modem (or just get a Dialogic card).
