Dialer Not Working

I recently installed VoiceGuide and cannot get the dialer to work. The Telephone Number Loader works correctly and inserts the phone numbers into the .mdb file.

 

However, the VoiceGuide program doesn't seem to recognize the request to process the numbers. It just shows the state of my modem to be "waiting for call"

 

I know there is something simple that I must be missing.

 

Can you help me.

Are you using a registered version or an evaluation version?

 

If registered then have you purchased the Dialer option?

 

Also go to "View"->"Line Device Config" menu and check the "Allow VG for dial on this line" setting.
