Record A Portion Of A Call?

We are developing an IVR that requires us to record a portion of a call. However, the portion of the call we wish to record as a single wav file includes some TTS by the IVR as it returns text from a database, to which the caller responds. (We don't want to record the entire call, just this portion.)

 

My question is, Is it possible to start VG recording at a particular point in a script, and then stop it after processing through several other modules?
