Use $RV_CIDNUMBER and Evaluate Expression module...

The "Dialed Number" info is provided on most ISDN services as well. Use $RV_DNIS to access that info.

I have PRI ISDN and I have 4 discrepancy scripts and 4 discrepancy phone number. How to route (or assign) incoming number to select script?

$RV_CIDNUMBER can't use because I not make one script that call another script.

To voice guide wizard step 2 select line devices i have:

Dialogic T1/E1 line 1(dtiB1T1),protocol=0000

Dialogic T1/E1 line 2(dtiB1T2),protocol=0000

Dialogic T1/E1 line 3(dtiB1T3),protocol=0000

Dialogic T1/E1 line 4(dtiB1T4),protocol=0000

.

.

.

Dialogic T1/E1 line 30(dtiB1T30),protocol=0000

I would line between 1-10 incoming call A (CallerID=28) script 1

line between 10-20 incoming call B (CallerID=26) script 2

line between 20-25 incoming call C (CallerID=30) script 3

line between 25-30 incoming call D (CallerID=40) script 4

p.s. I have VG 4.8.1

Thanks

To use PRI ISDN you will need to upgrade to "VoiceGuide for Dialogic". See our WWW downloads page.

Do you know what ISDN protocol is used on your ISDN line?

What sort of ISDN protocol is used on this E1?

You will need to select one of the "ISDN Protocols" from the list in the DCM...

.. and ISDN protocol value is none.

You will need to set that to the protocol used on the E1 ISDN line.

You should speak with the phone company who supplied the E1 to see what protocol they use on the line.

In the Telecom CG (phone company) I pool answer protocol is EURO DSS. This protocol miss in list of protocol in to DCM.

I have another problem.

When starting talker32.exe progam frozen. I shut down only end task process.

Maybe I not properly instal this card!!!??

Get any link to guide installation (card is Dialogic D/300)?

Thanks!

CTR4 setting is EuroISDN.

You may want to speak to your Dialogic distributor to confirm if that setting will work for your phone lines.

When starting talker32.exe progam frozen.

Do not use Talker32. It will not work with ISDN.

Use ISDIAG program to test that your ISDN line is working, then you can use VG for ISDN. Again, your Dialogic distributor should assist you to get the card working with your phone lines - get them to tell you what setting you need for your lines to get your card working with the ISDN lines you have.

LINEERR_OPERATIONFAILED(80000048)@lineOpen(5, ...)

The is an error message from the TAPI version of VoiceGuide.

To use PRI ISDN you will need to use "VoiceGuide for Dialogic". Please see our downloads page.
