Voiceguide Hangs

I am trying voiceguide 5.2.3b , I have Dialogic D/240 T1 card and have dialogic 5.1.1 with service pack 1 and feature pack installed on windows XP pro. The cards starts fine in DMC manager , Tapi and wave drivers are installed correctly . I can see all the dtiB1T1 ... channels in config wizard. But when i select the dtiB1T1 channels and then select the script to run on them and click finish. Restarted the voiceguide , it hangs and never show any error message or write any log in the log file. I also try to run TALKER32 in dialogic sample apps but that also hangs and never get back to normal stage. Any idea on this?

Are the T1 lines configured as Robbed Bit or ISDN?

(ISDN is much better and easier to set up and gives you better information about when call ends)
