Call Recording Options

what i had in mind was this

 

someone from the business needs to call a customer, so they dial into our line that's connected to VG and they input their company pin number, then they're asked what number they'd like the system to call to and connect them. also having the entire 2way conversation recorded to a file. is this possible with voiceguide or maybe some additional software/hardware? thanks in advance

You need VoiceGuide Enterprise+Dialer and a Dialogic D/41JCT card (or any other card that supports "Dial and Conference".

 

You will also need "VoiceGuide Call Recorder" add-on. Email sales@voiceguide.com for pricing of this add-on.
