Call Length Timer Inaccurate?

Recommended Posts

Hi, the call-length timer RV seems inaccurate and is typically between 15 and 30% short of the real call-length as timed using a stop-watch. For example, 10-20 modules used during call, call length RV=100 secs, real-time=125 secs.

Is there a reason for this? is it predictable, ie: lose 2 secs for every module, so multiply call-length rv by x%?

thx - tim.

Call length timer should be quite accurate... to within 10ms or so.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures a call on your system, and use an "Evaluate" module to test the value of the call length RV throughout the script - you will then be able to see what value the $RV_CALLLENGTH is replaced with at different times in the script and compare that with the current timestamp in log and the timestamp of when the call started.
