Voiceguide & Windows 2003

Hi there, when trying to run voice guide in windows 2003 std edition with a dialogic card the voice guide program keeps hanging when we try to run it...

 

is there anything we need to do to get it to work ?

What Dialogic card are you using?

Which release version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

Are any traces created in VG's \log\ subdirectory (you can enable these in VG.INI file manually)

I'm using a Dialogic D/600JCT-2E1 on a Windows 2003 Std Edition Server.

Voice Guide Version 5.2.3b

I enabled logging and i've attached log file (log.txt)

For E1 ISDN lines you should be using 'VoiceGuide for Dialogic'.

I'll arrange for it to be forwarded to you.

could you please resend it, i think our spam filters rejected the file .... or is there another location where i can retrieve the file from ?
