Call Answer Error

I am developing software using an AVAYA CTI LINK IP OFFICE system, and am encountering problems when attempting to answer the call.

 

A bit of history:

 

The call is offered around the office network and the PC designated to answer calls to this extension, is offered calls but as soon as I try to answer the call, the following Tapi error message is returned and all stops (80000048) LINEER_OPERATIONFAILED.

 

I am not using an internal or external modem, but am connecting through the office network.

 

If anyone out there has encountered ths problem before or has any ideas. Please reply.
