I need to know how I can do a voicemail system, with your software, but... compatible with the function on my phone system Partner Plus rel. 4.1

 

I try so many times to do it by my self, now I thing that if someone can help me with it, I will really appreciate it

 

I have a voice modem connected directly on a port of my system, and I can assigned this port to the VM group, the only question that I have, will be to know how to configure your software, to be able to recognised if its a call transferred from a non response call, or if it's a call to verify if I have a message directly from my extension.

Does your phone system send some inband signaling information to distinguish the two calls?

 

If yes can you tell us what are those inband signals for both situations, and we can then tell you how to create the Inband Signal Definition file which will correctly read this info and make it available in your script.
