Which Version To Buy

Hi,

 

This is Srinivas, I downloaded VoiceGuide Trial version and looking the features. Looking for a good version which is sutable for my requirements. My requirements giving below.

 

1. My customers are going to dial to my system and it should play the welcome message.

 

2. Caller has to enter the 21 digit number then it should check the database for that number, if it is there then it plays a message to ask for one more number.

 

3. Then caller has to enter one more 21 digit number, then IVR should validate that number and then it should automatically generate the new 21 digits number and it plays back that number.

 

4. After successfull it should end the call.

 

 

This is my application requirements. and it should support upto 4 calls at a time.

 

 

Suggest me which VoiceGuide version is best for my application. So based on that I can purchase the VoiceGuide software. My email id srinivasinhyd@hotmail.com.

You can do this with either the 4 line Professional version or the 4 line Enterprise version.

 

Enterprise version will allow you to return the new 21 digit number from within the VBScript module or Run Program Module quicker as you will be able to use the COM function Run_ResultReturn (see here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/com_...esultReturn.htm )

 

With the Pro version you will need to use "Result Files" to return data back for VoiceGuide to speak it.

Oh, and you should also get a Dialogic card.
