We are still working on adding to the Dialogic-specific version of VoiceGuide at this stage as there is more demand for that then Speech Rec. The Speech Rec is working in our test lab, it's just not packaged cleanly enough for general release at this stage. Have you rolled out any Speech Recognition systems before? Guest Guest Report post Posted 12/29/2004 08:13 PM The simplest way to do it is to record a Wav file, run it through a SAPI SR program that puts out an RV VoiceGuide understands, and use an evaluate expression module to branch, based on results. The time lag is not too bad for simple 1 and 2 word commands. I don't get cut-through, like I do on DTMF commands, so I shortened my menus up (and read 'em real fast:) ), and the results are decent.
