Creating Auto Attendant, How?

Hi, there

 

I just downloaded VG 5.3.2a trial but none of us are famiar to the CT programming nor any other programming language.

 

We have KXTD 1232 and just purchased Dialogic D/4PCIU, 4 ports.

 

What we like to do are

 

A. any incoming calls are greeted like.....

 

Welcome to XXXX Company, please enter the ext no you wish to dial or ...

 

press 1. for sales

press 2 for CS .etc.

 

(When reaching department it should be distributed according to the round robin alogarithm and have holding capability, after say 30 second if the customer still waiting it should be propmted to 1. To leave message 2. to keep holding.)

 

Where can I download such a script. Thanks in advance.
