Scripting Help - Please!

Hello,

Can someone help me with the following:

 

I would like to use the autoattendant to direct a call first to a cell (blind xfer), then if declined go to a voicemail box.

Thanks for your response, and it works but,

 

If I wanted the AutoAttendant to direct the call to "Call Transfer" 1st, then if I didn't answer/accept, how do I get the call back to a voicemail box.

Sorry, but I am a newbie to VoiceGuide and was wonder what script do I have to work with, and is the script one that I can modify if I don't have the enterprise version?

... I'd suggest you read through the Help file and have a look at the sample scripts in the \scripts\ directory...

I have looked at some scripts but can not figure out which one relates to the VoiceMail. Can you tell me the name on the specific script that controls the AutoAttendant?

See the scripts in VoiceGuide's \system\vm\ subdirectory.

 

In particular you may want to look at "aaFindUser.vgs"
