Captured Entered Number Error

Using VG ISDN version 5.2.1142.

The Capture Entered Number Module will not play the sound file prompt. Instead it plays the "sound file specified not found prompt". I read in another thread not to post ISDN traces so I will send the trace separately.

and you are correct, all "VG for ISDN" traces should be just emailed to support@voiceguide.com at this stage.
