Guest jjnine77 Report post Posted 10/07/2004 04:34 PM I just downloaded the the software yesterday and I will eventually buy it, looks like it offers a lot for $199. However, I have some questions... I'm using a Broadxent v.92 modem and it sounds pretty good. Can I use this setup to get customer interaction on the other end for prompts and transfers and stuff? Also, my system came w/ a soft modem but didn't have voice setup for it. Should this work if I were to find some upgraded drivers or did I have to purchase the Broadxent modem to get it to work (as I did this morning). Thanks. Share this post Link to post
