Voiceguide Issues With Dialogic D4pciu

All,

 

I have setup the Dialogic D4PCIU card with 5.1.1 Feature Pack 1 and 5.1.1 Service Pack 1. I have also setup the TAPI according to the instructions on this web site. I have successfully executed the Dialogic samples Asynchronous Callback and Voice Horoscope. I have reinstalled and registered VoiceGuide after I installed the Dialogic card. When I run the VoiceGuide configuration, it does not see the Dialogic D4PCIU card. What am I missing?
