Agere Systems Pci Soft Modem.

Hello:

 

I have been trying the Voiceguide software but I cannot test the examples.

The programs stays in the status "waiting for call" and does not take the call.

 

This is my system:

 

-Windows XP, Service Pack 1

-Voice Guide version 5.2.3018

-Agere Systems PCI Soft Modem.

-No event Trace Log for VoiceGuide.

 

What could be?

 

I have tried my modem using another telephonic systems (answering machine) and it worked.

 

Please help me,

Hard to say... if there is nothing appearing in the debug log then I'd say that the phone line is not plugged in...

 

Maybe try re-running the VoiceGuide Configuration Wizard...
