Dynalink Modem Problem

Hi,

 

We've been testing VoiceGuide using a Dynalink V1456VQE-R but the audio quality is awful.

 

We tried using a new model of Dynalink e-modem 1456VQE-C which has improved the audio and pick up time but it now won't allow for the hookflash to work.

 

When testing it starts to dial the phone number over the top of the caller and cannot process the ! i'm guessing. Have tried upgrading to the latest driver and firmware of the modem but still doesn't fix the problem.

 

 

If anyone has any suggestions as to why this may not be working with the new model modem it wouldn't be much appreciated.
