Record Telephone Conversations

Hi,

 

To Improve Our Call Center we need to Record Telephone Conversations. Can VG do that ? if So could you give me the sample script / scenario?

 

I'm using Dialogic D/4PCI and D/4PCIU, VG 5.2.3a

Hi,

 

That's good example when Caller still on the line, if Caller have transfered to an Agent, Can I still record their conversations?

Once the caller was transferred the call no longer goes through VoiceGuide - so no you cannot record that conversation.
