Transfer Issue...goes On Hold But Won't Dial

Hi, we are trying to set up a test of Voiceguide with a Netcomm Wave V.92 prior to purchasing a dialogic card.

 

I am trying to transfer a call and the PBX seems to get the hookflash as it puts the call on hold but it does not seem to dial the extn no?

 

Any thoughts (our PBX is a Panasonic KX-TD816)

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

Looks like this modem does not like commas in it's string of digits to be played.

 

As a workaround I'd suggest using two Play modules, with the first module playing (with 0 replays) just:

and then a timeout path leading from it to the next module which plays (with 0 replays) just:

 

201

 

The timeout path would be used to have a pause in between the hookflash and the extension, so there would be no need for the commas.
