Rv Not Being Sent To Vbs

Here is my XML followed by the event log.

In the log you will notice the following lines:

My question is why is "$RV[investCode]" being passed as "0" to the vbs when it is showing a value on the RVns?

RVs in your XML file are specified incorrect. You should be using curly brackets instead of the parentheses. ie. This line:

 

<RV>[Agent](2166)[investCode](57286)[Comments]( ) [Phone2](8179242462)</RV>

 

should be:

 

<RV>[Agent]{2166}[investCode]{57286}[Comments]{}[Phone2]{8179242462}</RV>
