Problem With Escalation

I can't get escalation to work.

I have included my XML file and the cooresponding log file.

I see where it says

but I don't know why it is invalid.

In your escalation info you have a malformed "PhoneNumber" entry:

 

<PhoneNumber>19724756676/PhoneNumber>

 

should be:

 

<PhoneNumber>19724756676</PhoneNumber>

 

This error is in both the first escalation and the second escalation...
