Ivg Disconnects Before End Of Call

IVG disconnects while the caller is leaving a message. The disconnect time is random - sometimes the whole message is left, other times it does it mid-message, and sometimes very early.

 

We have IVG 4.7.13 Professional, Windows 2000 Version 5.00.2195 Service Pack 2, with a Dialogic D/4PCI card.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
