Does VoiceGuide allow you to assign a text file created on the fly from the Web to a designated voice mailbox, and then play it as the outgoing message using TTS when someone accesses that voice mailbox over the phone. You will require the Enterprise version of the software and then it's just a small modification of the Voicemail script to get them to play a TTS file instead of the default recording from "VmWelc" directory.
