Disconnect Problem Again!

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

I have VoiceGuide, Windows XP, Dialogic D/4PCIU, SR 5.1.1 SP1 and SR 5.1.1 FP.

My PBX doesn´t support Loop Disconnect and i already run the PBXExpert to learn the pbx tones. My PBX is Aspire from NEC.

The PBXExpert runs without any error but my voiceguide does not hangup the calls...

I dont know what to do more.... I've already search your forums, and follow all your advices....

Please Help me!!!!!

I'm attaching screenshots with my configuration....

I have a modem zoom that works great with voiceguide but dialogic......

The screenshots show that you have not configured the disconnect tones in the Dialogic TSP to match the Disconnect tone as detected by PBXpert...

For an example on how to set up the disconnect tones please see:

http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Disc...ctionDetect.htm

Your screenshots show that you have not even changed the disconnect tone settings in the Dialogic TSP from their default values:

Sorry but i dont understand...... PBXExpert create a .tsp that i put on the DCM

That file is created so i dont have to input all the tones on the TSP right??

The Dialogic respond to DCM or TSP???

But i already put the tones on the disconnect tab on the TSP and nothing :(

Voiceguide doesnt hangup....I put the tones and reboot....

Please help. !!!!! Im on this problem for about 1 week...

We usually set the tones in the TSP - we found using the ToneFile in DCM doe not always work for some reason...

But i already put the tones on the disconnect tab on the TSP and nothing :(

Can you send screenshots of the config you used?

(or save TSP config to text file and post that instead)

As the next step I'd try not specifying the .tsf file in DCM at all and relaxing (increasing) the frequency and cadence variations. Try using something like 100Hz and a setting of 10 for the cadence variation.

If configured properly the Dialogic cards just work, many people use them with no problems, eg: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=599

We have never had a case yet where a Dialogic card would not correctly recognize the disconnect tone.

It is also possible that the board is faulty, in that case you would need to speak with your Dialogic distributor in that case to get it replaced under warranty...

Make sure that DCM:

Tab "Misc" DisconnectTone is set to "Yes" and TSFFileSupport is set to "Yes". Tab "Files" TSFFileName is linked to the file you created from pbXpert.

Usually setting DisconnectTone alone without using TSF can make the board detect disconnection (within 5 secs).
