VoiceGuide Call Transfer

I HAVE A QUESTION:

 

I HAVE INSTALL VOICEGUIDE AND WORKING WELL. I HAVE USING MODEM OF NETODRAGON 56K VOICE MODEM. THE PROBLEM WILL HAPPEN WHEN USING TRANSFER. WHEN I TRY IT, THE VG CAN GET FLASH HOOK BUT THE MODEM CAN'T DIAL THE TRANSFER NUMBER. THEN THE VG RETURN TO WAITING FOR CALL...

 

IF I DON'T PUT "!" MARK IN THE PBX SETTING. THE MODEM CAN DIAL BUT OF COURSE CAN'T TRANSFER IF NO HOOK FLASH.

 

PLEASE HELP ME TO FIND THE SOLUTION.

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong.

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)

Trace shows that the modems driver reported back to VoiceGuide that it has played the extension digits OK:

You should approach the modem manufacturer to see what is wrong here, but in practice you'd be just better of buying and using a Dialogic card instead.
