Castillian Spanish Text To Speech

Hi!I am looking for castilian spanish text to speech. Actually i have onli found Loquendo because Verbio (recomended in your web pages) is SAPI4 not SAPI5.

I do not looking for a specially quality voice, is there a microsoft package voice for castillian spanish tts? where can i find the download? is it needed licenses?

I'm pretty sure Microsoft does not do castillian spanish tts...

Don't know who else would apart from the ones listed already...
