Migration of Hyper-V VM with Voiceguide installed

Hello.

We have installed Dialogic HMP and Voiceguide on a Windows 2022 Server Hyper-V VM and it has been operating fine for almost a year now. The VM is hosted on a Windows 2016 Server and we have to migrate it to a new Windows 2025 Server. We are planning to export and then import the VM to the new physical server with the same registration ID. The question is, will there be problem with Dialogic and Voiceguide licensing?
