Karthi Report post Posted 05/04/2026 02:33 PM We are seeing strange behavior of the Voiceguide application in one of our servers, making outbound calls automatically without any stop. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2026 11:00 PM Looks like you have some process loading outgoing calls into your system's outbound calls queue. You should be able to identify what is doing this by looking at VoiceGuide's vgEngine trace. If you have a current Direct Support contract in place then you can contact support@voiceguide.com directly, quote your Direct Support code, and a member of our support staff can help with looking at your system and determining what is loading those calls.
