Number Hits

When callers call in but don't leave a message, how can I tell how many hits I have gotten. For example, let's say that ten callers call in. five of them leave messages and the other five listened to the menu, but hung up without leaving a message. Is there a record of those five who didn't leave a message, and if so, where do I look for the information?

Every call is recorded in the log files (.vgl .xml and .csv) - and every action (if any) is recorded there as well - so you can see exactly what the called did or did not do.

 

If you wish you can create your own log files as well by writing out information to a text file or database... - that is best from the "on hangup" script see:
