Email Broke

My system has been working fine until I released it for use in the company and now it won't send emails anymore. If I use Outlook Express to test the email server etc. it works. But Voiceguide emails don't work. A log file is attached...it looks to me like everything is correct.

Trace shows VoiceGuide handing the email over correctly to it's email sending application. (VgEmailSender.exe)

 

Please post the log generated by the email sending app - the log is called MMDDes.txt (in VG's \log\ subdirectory).

 

If you are not seeing the log please make sure in VG ini in section [Log] you have:

EmailSender=10

 

You mention that email sending was working before but it stopped all of a sudden? What type of changes were made to the system around the time when email sending stopped working?
