You should be looking at "DTMF dig length" and "TT interdig delay" settings in the Dialogic's TSP Configuration screen.

To be sure the new settings are read in you should just restart the computer after making the changes.

Are you trying to modify the speed when dialing or when sending DTMF tones during script?

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is happening.

If the "DTMF dig length" and "TT interdig delay" settings in the Dialogic's TSP Configuration screen do not change anything then the other place where you can adjust Dialogic card settings is in the .PRM file.

Are you currently specifying in the DCM what ParameterFile the Dialogic card should be using? Please see the release notes which came with the Dialogic card - these should tell you which one you should be using - if you do not know then you should contact the Dialogic card supplier - they will tell you what you should be using for your location.

Then look in that .PRM file (located in C:\Program Files\Dialogic\DATA). There you will find the settings to control the DTMF tone generation. In particular look at and change appropriately the following two settings:

PARAM 55 - DTMF interdigit delay

and

PARAM 63 - DTMF tone length duration

If changing those values does not work then I'd recommend contacting the Dialogic distributor - you may have a faulty card.
