Voice guide Line Status - Evaluation Status

Dear Voice guide Team,

We have installed the license using Dialogic Host Media Processing License Manager.

We are getting both inbound and outbound calls working.

The issue is the Voice Guide Line Status monitor Shows the Voice guide status as EVALUATION.

Attached are the log files for this year. 

Please check and let us know how to resolve the issue.

Looks like the VoiceGuide software is not licensed for this system.

Please contact sales@voiceguide.com regarding purchasing a license.

A full restart of the system has resolved the issue.
