Bonjour. J'ai updater mon système a Win10. J'obtiens ce message, voir image jointe. Le seul changement fait au système est un nouveau disque dur.

The vgEngine and ktTel trace files can be found in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory. Please .ZIP up the trace files before forwarding.

Forwarded traces showed that a newer version of version of VoiceGuide was installed on the new deployment. The previous deployment used an older version.

The previous old license will need to be upgraded to work with newest version of VoiceGuide.
