Help please,

 

I am trying to hook up Way2Call Hi-Phone Desktop

with VoiceGuide.

When I tried Test wizard software(Way2call)

VoiceGuide detected and recorder test.

 

 

I was wondering about my setup.

Silence detection threshold:999

Tone monitoring threshold:9999

 

Flash length: 700mSec

Flash guard time: 690mSec

 

When I tried script that comes with VoiceGuide

\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Call Recorder\Call Recorder.vgs

that is what I got(no sound recorded)

Trace shows that 9 seconds after starting recording the Hi-Phone told VG that the call has ended and that VG should hang up.

 

That is what VG did.

 

If the Hi-Phone sent any data to VG after VG started recording then that data should be in file C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\Call Recorder\__0212_190720.wav

Does that file exist?

Looks like the Hi-Phone did not even send any sound data back to VoiceGuide...

 

Please place the attached file in "C:\". Once this file is there then log files will be created named: C:\VoiceGuideLogMMDD.txt. Please try recording again and post that log file...

 

Have you tried to play sound files with the Hi-Phone?

 

I'd try re-installing the Hi-Phone's Wave drivers...
