Dialogic/4 Isa Question

Hello, I know this is more of a Dialogic question than a voiceguide one, but I've searched the web thoroughly and haven't found any help elsewhere. I'm using voiceguide 5.1.7, and can't get the Dialogic/4 card to pick up before the end of the second ring. I've hooked up a phone in parallel, like you advised to another customer, and the line rings twice, fully, before the card accepts the call. I am using windows 2000 sp4. Attached is a tracelog of the script receiving a call:

The number of rings after which the incoming call is reported by Dialogic to VoiceGuide can be set in the Dialogic's TSP configuration.

 

On Win2000:

 

1. Open "Control Panel -> Phone and Modem Options",

2. Go to "Advanced" Tab

3. Bring up the "Dialogic Service Provider"

4. Click "Advanced"

5. Go to "Call Parameters" tab

6. See the "Report incoming call" setting.
