Outdial Queue

I am finding that the dialer is sitting doing nothing for large portions of the day. The only problem is that its not always the same part of day so its not easy to schedule other less important calls to be made at these times...... what i would like to know is if there is a way of having a "stand by" list of numbers to be called which are very low priority and will only ever be called if voiceguide has finished all the more important calls for the day and would otherwise be inactive?

 

This will be a great feature to have to make sure that its always doing something.

 

Please let me know if and how this could be done please as am sure there must be a way...
