Could you please try setting in VG.INI file, section [PBX] entries TransferControl_Modem and TransferControl_TelBoards to be their default values:

TransferControl_Modem=Generate

TransferControl_TelBoards=Generate

Then run the transfer script again and post the trace here...

THanks that seems to have fixed it.... just a quick question... it appears my telco wont let me do blind conference calling -

Just a thought --- is there any way of the person answering the call accepting the call without actually pressing anything as we want to use voiceguide to record conference calls and obvioulsly as everyone is in a conference area there is no one physically picking the phone up and accepting/declining the calls......?

Please let me know.. Thanks...

p.s. do you have any idea when the sound file fix is ready? I;ve asked a couple of times but not heard from you

Your telco needs to be able to support the 'blind conference' feature if you want to use it on your system....

Keep in mind that you may build more complicated hookflash/DTMF play sequences by just using Play modules - this gives you great flexibility when issuing hookflashes/tones and is sometimes used when the "Call Transfer" module is deemed not sufficient (this is used rarely - Call Transfer module is used in 99% of situations)

PS.

Still working on the TTS fix - a couple more days by the look of it...

thanks for letting me know about the tts issue.....its quite important as my machines not done anything for a week now...

also ref the DTMF tones - is what your saying is i can record the !,3 to simulate someone pressing confirming they want the call.... if this is the case could you let me know how you can record these tones to a sound file as when i try using the record module it obvioulsy thinks im sending a real command....

Thanks

Matt
