Line Reversal Detection

I have determined that the D4PCI card can detect line reversal on answer for outgoing calls. Can you please confirm that the Voice Guide software supports this function.

Right now we cannot test ourselves how the system will behave when the lines are set up to do "line reversal" (loop current reversal) upon call answer - the phone lines that we use in our offices or test systems do not perform this upon call being answered.

 

VoiceGuide does not turn off this feature (or explicitly turn it on) so functionality would depend on what is the default setting in the Dialogic TAPI drivers...
