Agent And $Rv Variables

Recommended Posts

I'm not getting my result from the db query (db1) to show in the agent. I can see it in the log file, but not on the agent.

Please advise.

Attached are the agent template and popup_now files.

It almost seems like the dynamic $RV's are not making it through to the agent. The $RV[..] variables don't seem to be showing values.

I started a new thread as this was continued on another thread.

There should be some log files created in vgAgent's \log\ subdirectory.

Can you please .ZIP up those traces and post them here as well.

Those vgAgent traces will show what $RVs are received by vgAgent from VoiceGuide.

I must be missing something simple here. I just don't see the $RV[...] getting translated for some reason.

Please advise.

Please update your system to these releases of VoiceGuide and vgAgent:

[old links removed]

and post traces as before if you still encounter issues.

In this version you should be able to also use this in template to show all of the $RVs passed to vgAgent:

$RV_ALL

The initial height and width of popup can also now be set in vgAgent.ini by adding section like this to the vgAgent.ini file:

[PopUp]
Height=800
Width=500

So now, certainly, you and your company is the best.

It works now with the $RV variables and the agent sizing is a great feature.

Now I get to play away making an app...
