Outbound Calls With Two Or More Servers

If I have 2 or more servers with outbound call functionality, what happen when all of servers have this same source for outbound calling?

 

it's possible that more than 1 server will try to connect to this same target number?

 

How to prevent this case?

Each VoiceGuide system manages it's own outdial database. An outdial database instance is not to be 'shared' amongst multiple VoiceGuide systems.

 

If you have multiple VoiceGuide systems doing outbound calling then you should decide which system is to make which calls an only load those calls into the outdial database used by that system.
